Dear Parent/ Guardian
The local Garda have asked us to share the below letter regarding the growing concern in our area relating to the use of electric scooters by children and young people.
As I am sure you are aware, it is illegal for any person under 16 years of age to ride an e-scooter in a public place, including footpaths, cycle lanes and parks.
Please note that under our school rules E-scooters are forbidden for students under 16 years old.
